Responsibilities
Will lead firmwide efforts to develop, deliver, and elevate technology training for attorneys and staff at every level
You will work closely with legal and administrative teams to identify training opportunities, support major software rollouts, demonstrate new tools, and occasionally assist user support when needed
Varied responsibilities, including delivering new hire and ongoing training both in person and virtually, creating and updating engaging learning materials, and managing the firm’s system
Qualification
Required
Ability to lead firmwide efforts to develop, deliver, and elevate technology training for attorneys and staff at every level
Experience working closely with legal and administrative teams to identify training opportunities
Support for major software rollouts
Demonstrate new tools
Occasionally assist user support when needed
Deliver new hire and ongoing training both in person and virtually
Create and update engaging learning materials
Manage the firm's system
Preferred
Technical and software training experience—preferably within a professional services or law firm environment
