Business Development Manager
Xpodigital is a rapidly growing digital signage and convention internet company delivering innovative, customized experiences to clients worldwide. They are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand their presence and accelerate growth within an assigned region by driving new business and nurturing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Drive new business by achieving defined sales goals and KPIs
Develop business within your assigned territory/region, working remotely and traveling regularly (approx. 30% travel or more)
Act as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships focused on digital signage and software solutions
Cultivate leads through research, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
Qualify leads by engaging decision makers to understand budget, timeline, and project requirements
Conduct site visits and provide signage location and design recommendations (approx. 30% travel)
Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet customer needs and maximize profitability
Gain and apply strong product knowledge to identify and maximize sales opportunities
Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations tailored to operational, technical, and executive audiences
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer purchasing needs
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue reports
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless customer transition from sale to fulfillment; attend weekly Operations meetings
Document all sales activities within the company CRM
Leverage internal technical, operations, and sales resources to support closing and expanding digital signage projects
Represent Xpodigital at industry conferences, association meetings, and tradeshows (approx. 10% travel or more)
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to sell products into hotel chains and or convention centers
Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Proven track record selling technology solutions into hotel chains, convention centers or large venue industries
