Responsibilities

Lead a multi-workstream program focused on financial systems modernization initiatives
Establish and manage program governance, documentation standards, and reporting methodologies
Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, dashboards, and performance metrics
Partner with senior leadership and financial systems teams to drive execution and alignment
Coordinate multiple project managers, product owners, and engineering teams across initiatives
Monitor scope, risks, dependencies, and change management activities
Provide clear, consistent executive-level status updates and reporting
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure successful delivery
Ensure compliance with governance, functional, and technical requirements
Support design, build, testing, and deployment phases of large-scale IT programs

Required

8+ yrs Program Management experience
Needs exp as Program Manager for SAP or large financial systems
Financial literacy, an understanding of accounting terminology and workflows
SDLC and working with multiple software development teams
Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Previous exp in media or finance
MBA and/or PMP
