Property Maintenance Coordinator
Marketplace Homes is a property management company that specializes in managing single-family homes across the country. They are seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to interact with clients, coordinate service repairs, maintain records, and lead a team of property managers.

Responsibilities
Interact with clients, primarily owners and residents, from the move-in process to the move-out processes and everything in between
Identify appropriate vendors and coordinate service repair work as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records in Revela, our property management software. This includes invoicing home owners, collections from residents, payments to trades
Coordinate resident move-out inspections and completion of damages to get the home back to a "market ready" standard
Complete SODA forms in compliance with relevant laws
Reply to homeowner and resident emails to answer questions through our ticketing software
Opportunity to coach and develop a team of property managers
Lead a team of property managers to achieve team goals and KPIs
Qualification
Required
At least two years of experience in a Single Family Rental Property Management role
Strong oral and written communication skills
Above average attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Preferred
A working knowledge of property management and customer ticketing software systems, especially Revela, Yardi, Salesforce, and Zoho
