Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of Adobe AEM solutions
Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Guide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices
Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure code quality
Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related technical issues
Align with architects and project managers to meet project goals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
7+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver end-to-end AEM projects
Deep experience with AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Workflows, Architecture)
Proven success in designing and implementing complex AEM solutions
Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service
Java & Web Technologies
Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
Expertise in content and digital asset management
Skilled in building custom components, templates, and services
Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and automated pipelines
Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, Adobe Managed Services)
Proficient in tuning and scaling AEM applications

Preferred

Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (AEP, WebSDK, MobileSDK, Target, RT-CDP)
Understanding of UI/UX design principles
Knowledge of search and personalization strategies in AEM
