Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between outside Clients and the Clinical Laboratories at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center
Develop and manage collaborations with laboratory administration and administrative leadership of regional hospitals and outreach clients
Coordinate all outreach collection facilities, including client services, courier services, sales and marketing and technical support
Support the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of the organization
Demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, the public and co-workers
Identify, develop and implement operational opportunities to enhance the Wexner Medical Center's operations
Extend net revenue for OSUWMC clinical laboratories
Serve as a liaison between the medical center and community organizations, clinics, healthcare organizations, elder communities and their organizations, as well as government agencies
Represent the Community's interests on internal committees at OSU
Engage and support contracted clients of OSU Reference Laboratories (OSURL) through customer service, test audits, quality reports, financial reports, billing audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Health Education, Nursing, Health Services Administration or related field
4 years of relevant experience required
Preferred
4 - 8 years of relevant experience preferred
