This executive-level role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the operational backbone of an organization deeply committed to community impact, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across all operational functions, including administration, HR, IT, facilities, and vendor management
Oversee daily operations of the Office of the President and serve as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO
Lead nonprofit convening and office space operations, ensuring high-quality experiences for partners and community stakeholders
Build scalable systems and processes that support staff performance, collaboration, and organizational culture
Oversee board and committee operations, supporting governance best practices and strategic planning
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Required

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administration, or organizational management
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives

Deep appreciation for community impact, equity, and organizational values

Preferred

Background in nonprofit, foundation, or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred
