Responsibilities
Coach, train, evaluate, and lead plant associates; resolve issues promptly
Implement corrective actions for safety or quality concerns
Maintain production flow and report delays
Promote ISO compliance
Assist with monthly budgeting
Confirm daily production schedules and ensure proper staffing
Verify accuracy of daily reports (product quantity, downtime, scrap)
Attend departmental meetings
Drive process improvements
Ensure safety and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with all levels within the plant
Qualification
Required
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on approach
Preferred
Experience with assembly, CNC, or die casting
