Responsibilities

This position requires working knowledge of account management processes, networking, and remote management tools
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues is required

Be able to operate independently on routine tasks and collaborate with others for complex problem solving

Required

An Associates degree or an equivalent experience combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of account management processes, networking, and remote management tools
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
The ideal candidate should be able to support multiple assignments and contribute to maintenance schedules and documentation
Be able to operate independently on routine tasks and collaborate with others for complex problem solving
Respectful, team-oriented communication with colleagues and customers
Commitment to excellent customer service and stakeholder satisfaction
Consistent, professional documentation and reporting to support compliance and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of technical principals and methods of computers and peripherals
Ability to integrate basic principles of discipline with processes and procedures
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain hardware, operating systems, and foundational IT components
Ability to manage multiple support assignments
Relevant certifications preferred
Working knowledge of AV systems, networking, and remote management tools
