Responsibilities
Create memorable experiences by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at state park lounges and bars
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, from classic cocktails to craft beers, while following recipes and presentation standards
Greet customers, take food and drink orders, make recommendations, and provide attentive service to ensure a positive experience
Accurately enter orders, handle payments, and manage customer tabs
Maintain and restock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; check inventory levels to ensure popular items are available
Work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
