Field Sales Representative
Apple Valley Waste is a fast-growing leader in waste and recycling solutions, known for reliability, innovation, and environmental responsibility. They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to connect with business owners and decision-makers, identify opportunities, close new business, and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Prospect & Close – Identify and approach new leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals
Solution Selling – Understand client needs and present tailored waste and recycling solutions that deliver real value
Build Relationships – Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-up, problem-solving, and exceptional service
Territory Management – Own your market by planning and executing daily outreach activities in a designated area
CRM Mastery – Log all activities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts
Team Collaboration – Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure clients are satisfied and well-supported
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to sell, build rapport, and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office tools. (Navusoft, Salesforce, SAP)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass background and drug screening
Preferred
sales experience is a plus, not a must
Familiarity with service industries (waste, logistics, facility services, etc.) is a plus
