icreatives is seeking a Salesforce UX/Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large-scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. The role involves designing intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning and partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.

Responsibilities
Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components
Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows
Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design
Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities
Qualification
Required
5 years of product/UX design experience with Salesforce products
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components
Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and CRM systems
Proficiency in Figma and Agile environment experience
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Preferred
Deep Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud, Flow, Service/Sales Cloud)
Design system contribution experience
Healthcare or staffing industry familiarity
