Mid LevelA2C is seeking a focused and self-driven DevOps Engineer to support and scale automation across cloud and application environments. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining automation and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with application teams and infrastructure stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation and CI/CD pipelines; any repeatable task is expected to be automated
Support multiple initiatives, including large-scale cloud projects (e.g., GenAI environments with 170+ accounts across prod and non-prod)
Work within monthly sprints, managing work through Jira and intake via ServiceNow
Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure, leadership, and business partners to deliver automation solutions and business use cases
Participate in daily standups and follow established Agile/Jira processes
Qualification
Required
Scripting (Shell & Ruby) – primary tools for automation
Terraform – infrastructure as code
Cloud Experience (AWS)
Preferred
Exposure to GenAI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, LLMs)
AWS certification
