Responsibilities

Provide advanced desktop and end-user support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues

Oversee the full endpoint lifecycle, including imaging, deployment, replacement, repurposing, and secure device retirement

Support endpoint security initiatives by monitoring tools such as AV, EDR, disk encryption, and patching systems, and assisting with remediation efforts

Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory, tracking asset lifecycle, warranties, and support renewals, and recommending process improvements

Participate in IT infrastructure and modernization projects, including PC refreshes, application rollouts, Wi-Fi upgrades, printer replacements, and other technical initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required

4+ years of experience in the IT industry
