Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and cash accounting functions
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and timeliness
Support a three-day month-end close process with minimal supervision
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient financial reporting
Execute accounting operations using NetSuite ERP
Assist in light financial modeling and ad hoc reporting as needed
Provide consistency and continuity during a transitional leadership phase
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a publicly traded company
Expertise in AR, cash management, and general ledger processes
Proven ability to work in a fast-close environment
Strong NetSuite proficiency
Comfortable operating independently with limited ramp-up time
Availability to work within ET or CT time zones
Preferred
Background in interim, contract-based, or turnaround accounting roles
Experience with financial modeling or ad hoc financial analysis
Ability to remain composed and solution-focused during periods of organizational change
