Responsibilities
Oversee global cash positioning and forecasting across all management entities and fund vehicles
Optimize the firm’s liquidity ladder, ensuring sufficient "dry powder" for operational needs and strategic investments
Manage banking relationships and credit facilities (e.g., Revolving Credit Facilities, Subscription Lines)
Execute and manage the firm's funding strategy, identifying diversified sources of capital
Monitor and manage the cost of funds, ensuring the capital structure supports long-term growth
Lead the analysis for capital allocations and internal funding transfers
Develop and maintain the Liquidity Risk Framework, including stress testing and Contingency Funding Plans (CFP)
Ensure compliance with regulatory capital requirements and liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR, etc.) specific to asset management
Identify and quantify the firm’s exposure to Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate (IR) volatility
Design and execute hedging strategies using derivatives (Swaps, Forwards, Options) to protect the firm’s P&L and balance sheet
Manage the ISDA/CSA documentation process and collateral management
Qualification
Required
5–9 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Funding, or Liquidity Risk
Must come from a top-tier Asset Manager, Investment Bank, or Financial Services firm
Deep understanding of cash flow modeling, money markets, and derivative instruments
Ability to translate complex risk data into actionable executive-level insights
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
