Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert bridging the gap between scientific Formulation Development teams and IT. Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements for laboratory informatics solutions
Apply deep knowledge of Labware LIMS and IDBS ELN to configure, optimize, and support these systems for the research community
Utilize Jira and Agile methodologies to manage the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery of solutions
Lead comprehensive Change Management initiatives for the rollout of new systems. Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communication strategies to ensure high user adoption across the research organization
Use tools like Lucid to map, analyze, and optimize scientific and data flow processes within the Formulation and Preclinical Development areas
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and understand the impact of data standards on Regulatory Submission processes
Provide technical and domain Leadership for project teams, mentoring junior colleagues and influencing stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Extensive expertise in the Formulation Development domain within a Pharma or Biotech setting
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with lab informatics, specifically Labware LIMS implementation, configuration, or administration
Familiarity with other key scientific informatics platforms, such as IDBS ELN
Demonstrated experience using Jira and working within Agile development methodologies
Strong ability to execute and lead Change Management activities for technology rollouts
Knowledge of data governance and standards related to Regulatory Submission
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
