Responsibilities
Oversee the basket operations team and collaborate with associates to manage a client book
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of ETF-related activities
Responsible for ETF basket creation, in-kind trade generation, and file dissemination
Validate basket components and ensure compliance with operational controls
Utilize ETF Global Platform (ETFGP) and Fund Connect for basket creation and trade execution
Maintain proficiency in systems and tools critical to ETF servicing
Contribute to the enhancement of the servicing model
Ensure robust understanding and application of process and control frameworks
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds and ETF servicing processes
Hands-on experience with ETF basket creation and in-kind trade generation
Proficiency in ETF Global Platform and Fund Connect
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams
