Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals
Forecast sales, set performance goals, and monitor progress
Analyze market trends to determine customer needs, pricing, and discount strategies
Advise clients, dealers, and distributors on sales techniques and product applications
Present and demonstrate products to clients and prospects
Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication and negotiations
Coordinate with Sales Coordinator, manufacturing, HQ, and other internal teams
Prepare periodic sales reports on volume, potential sales, and market expansion opportunities
Provide input for product research and development
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Represent the company at trade shows and professional meetings
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
Incorporate company values of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, discipline, and vitality in daily work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce), and project management tools
Ability to travel frequently and manage competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and develop strategic solutions
