Responsibilities
Lead strategic real estate acquisitions and select dispositions
Evaluate opportunities, develop deal structures, and support financial modeling and tax analysis
Negotiate with sophisticated owners and counterparties
Manage all phases of the transaction lifecycle, from diligence through closing
Work cross-functionally with finance, tax, and real estate business leaders on deal execution
Support additional real estate–related investment activities as the portfolio expands
Qualification
Required
8+ of real estate transactional experience - law firm, family office, or investment platform
Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and related deal structures
Ability to interpret and analyze financial models and tax considerations
Responsive, business-minded, and comfortable moving quickly when opportunities arise
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience working with sophisticated counterparties and complex deal frameworks
