HR Clerk
Galaxy Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented, professional HR Clerk to support the Human Resources department and serve as the primary front desk presence. This role combines administrative HR responsibilities with general office support, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees, candidates, and visitors.

Responsibilities
Manage and process high-volume HR emails and documentation
Conduct ITAR screening in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Facilitate interviews, including scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
Screen and review resumes for open positions
Prepare employee identification badges
Coordinate employee apparel orders (t-shirts, hats), including tracking and distribution
Serve as the primary front desk representative, professionally greeting visitors and employees
Order and pick up lunches as needed for company-wide needs
Place and manage office supply orders (e.g., Staples) for all departments
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with email, document management, and basic office software
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role preferred
