Responsibilities

Build, lead and grow your own book of business, often selling to C-level executives the full portfolio of Milestone software and service solutions
Drive significant growth in a designated geographic territory for both new and existing business, achieving, or exceeding individual quota
Pipeline development through a combination of strategic account prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, conferences, and internal SDR lead generation support
Build an active pipeline of new business within target verticals/industries (i.e. financial services, retail, restaurant, healthcare, automotive, etc.)
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective business at least 3X the value of sales goal for the corresponding period
Maximize account face time thru logical travel and meetings
Manage the end-to-end sales process by partnering with Sales Engineers, Product Team, Executives, Centers of Excellence, Customer Success, etc
Provide ongoing customer feedback to the company Product and Marketing teams designed to improve solution offerings
Represent the company in a business closing role at appropriate industry conferences and trade shows
With some assistance be able to build customized sales presentations, respond quickly to RFI/RFPs, and write final contract for customer sign-off

Required

Consultative sales experience
Complex solution sales experience
Commitment to high standards and adherence to company policy
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and quotas and exceeding the numbers
Must have SEO/SEM experience and familiar with selling digital agency services and software
A solid understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS)
Knowledgeable of Salesforce
Communicate effectively across departments particularly once a deal is closed and transferring details to the Onboarding Team
Creative, flexible and a team player
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person/phone
Flexible to travel
8+ years of sales experience
