Responsibilities

Support inventory management and reconciliation efforts, including resolving stock transfer order (STO) discrepancies
Process and track sales orders in accordance with program and supply requirements
Assist with inventory accountability, transportation tracking, and material movement
Utilize enterprise systems to research, analyze, and correct inventory or transaction discrepancies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate property and supply records
Support continuous improvement efforts related to supply and property processes

Required

Active Secret security clearance
Background in supply, logistics, or inventory management

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
