Qualification
Required
7-10+ years installing storm, water, and sanitary pipe
Able to set pipe lasers, catch basins, manholes using stakes
OSHA 30 certified
Strong equipment operation skills (excavator, skid steer, loader, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints/sketches and perform basic math for layout work
Experience managing crews, scheduling, and hitting deadlines
Ability to monitor and control costs and order materials
Self-starter, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Problem-solving mindset — can identify and resolve issues quickly
Clean driving record; ability to tow a trailer
Willing to work within a 50-mile radius
Able to work in all weather/seasonal conditions
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standard construction tasks
Preferred
Preferred experience would be installing storm, water, and sanitary pipe
Travel to other states is a plus
