Responsibilities
Develop and implement RESTful API endpoints using Java and the Spring Boot framework based on provided technical specifications
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, functionality, and performance
Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and debug development efforts
Participate in code reviews to learn and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards
Qualification
Required
Experience developing applications with Java and the Spring Boot framework
Familiarity with RESTful API design and development principles
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
Preferred
An existing US Treasury Public Trust or equivalent Federal security clearance
