Support nationwide vCMTS and RPHY deployments
Install, maintain, and upgrade vCMTS platforms
Troubleshoot network and server issues; automate tasks via scripting
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends/holidays
Collaborate with teams to integrate new products and improve reliability
Qualification
Required
3+ years in 24x7 production operations
Unix/Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), network troubleshooting (Juniper/Arista/Cisco)
Server hardware/software experience
Preferred
Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Git a plus
