Procurement Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Apply working knowledge of Indirect Procurement Process, Policy and Programs and applicable financial principles to resolve indirect procurement operational issues
Provide guidance to internal and external partners to support the achievement of desired outcomes while ensuring adherence to standard procurement processes, procedures, and operational best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives and communicate updates or changes
Create reports and analyze operational data to help identify trends and outliers, providing actionable insights to leaders in support of strategic decision-making and alignment with our Strategic Framework
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying practical insights and helping enhance procurement standards and processes with a customer-focused approach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
2+ years experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management or related experience required
Experience analyzing procurement-related operational data using tools such as Excel (including pivot tables and slicers), Power BI, or similar platforms to identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Experience collaborating cross-functionally across all organizational levels to solve operational challenges
Experience managing multiple priorities with competing timelines
