Responsibilities

Make 80-100+ daily outbound calls to mortgage brokers and loan officers. We provide thousands of qualified leads
Understand client needs and present tailored mortgage processing solutions using AI and human expertise
Engage with signed clients to ensure they submit their first loan and experience success
Consistently close 12+ new accounts monthly and maximize commissions
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors

Required

3-5+ years of outbound phone sales experience, making 80+ calls daily
Experience with full-cycle selling, from cold outreach to closing deals
Track record of exceeding sales targets and being a top team performer
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
Self-starter, competitive, results-driven mindset
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar)

Preferred

Mortgage knowledge is a plus
