Responsibilities
Process and manage customer quotes, orders, and product returns accurately and efficiently via SAP
Provide professional and clear communication to clients and internal associates via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Review incoming transactions to ensure ability to fulfill specific project requirements, quality standards, and purchase order terms
Develop a deep technical understanding of products, services, and industrial applications
Educate clients on technical terminology, product features, and available technical support
Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and corporate teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure compliance with company fulfillment strategies and client deadlines
Maintain accurate records and documentation using CRM and other internal systems
Identify and provide feedback on potential improvements to training, policies, and procedures
Serve as a mentor and resource to teammates, utilizing prior leadership experience to support excellence
Participate in special projects outside of the department as needed to support company initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in professional customer service, ideally in a B2B or industrial setting
Proven technical aptitude and a desire to learn complex product lines and systems
Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity (either direct or indirect)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong team-player mentality with a positive, growth-oriented attitude
Preferred
Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or Zendesk is strongly preferred
