GTT, LLC is a minority-owned staffing firm supporting diverse workplaces. They are seeking a Production Support Specialist / Engineer to provide expertise in supporting an Outage Management System for a major electric utility client, ensuring system reliability and continuity of service.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise supporting an Outage Management System (OMS) implementation for a major electric utility client

Assist with system logic, business processes, and data , particularly related to OMS projects, customer communications, and operational activities

Support upcoming database and Windows Server OS upgrades , including OMS configuration, testing, and hands-on production support

Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure system reliability and continuity of service

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

Electrical Utility Outage Management System (OMS) application maintenance experience

Back-office production support experience

OpenGrid Network (formerly PragmaUP / PragmaLINE)

SQL and Python

Windows Server maintenance

Operational and application support in enterprise environments

Preferred

Experience supporting large-scale utility operations systems

Familiarity with database upgrades and system testing methodologies

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
