Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects

Manage Act 537 Sewage Planning, NPDES, and WQM permitting processes

Prepare proposals, presentations, and project budgets in coordination with senior management

Oversee construction management and project execution for municipal and private clients

Conduct hydraulic modeling, feasibility studies, and environmental documentation

Supervise and support junior engineers, ensuring technical accuracy and project quality

Participate in client meetings and business development activities to grow key accounts
