Regional Account Executive
LHH is seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage and grow a well-established territory with significant potential for expansion. This role requires a hunter mindset and strong business development skills to drive growth across multiple states in the minerals and plant nutrition industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within the assigned territory
Prospect and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding existing accounts
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
Manage a multi-state territory (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah)
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track pipeline, forecast, and report on sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays
Qualification
Required
4+ years of outside sales experience
Bachelor's degree (required)
Proven success in CPG industry required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays; this role with travel 50%
Preferred
Salesforce experience a plus
