Responsibilities

Own the long-term product roadmap for Spoiler Alert’s network connectivity and order-to-cash capabilities, integrating payments, risk management, and buyer/seller connectivity
Deeply understand the needs of your users - including CPG brand sellers, off-price buyers, and internal Operations and Finance teams - to define and prioritize features that serve the full marketplace ecosystem
Translate market needs, customer pain points, and operational realities into a clear multi-quarter roadmap
Define and champion the product vision that balances marketplace liquidity goals with operational excellence and seller/buyer satisfaction
Drive product evolution from early adoption through scaled deployment to become a core revenue engine for the business
Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure GTM readiness, positioning, and customer understanding
Collaborate with finance, risk, and legal teams to ensure compliance with payment insurance, dispute processes, and credit exposure policies
Serve as the subject matter expert for internal teams on how the network connectivity and order-to-cash model works and its strategic value to the business
Lead continuous discovery, requirements definition, and end-to-end delivery of key capabilities
Work directly with Design, Data & Engineering and Product Marketing to scope, prioritize (RICE Framework), and release high-impact features through iterative delivery cycles
Deliver high-quality products in a repeatable and optimized SDLC
Define and track KPIs that measure performance and inform future investments
Measure the impact of new features using data, experiments, and customer feedback loops

Required

5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or fintech platforms
Demonstrated success owning a complex, multi-sided workflow or marketplace product
Experience building products that incorporate payments, financial workflows, or order-to-cash components (experience with insurance or fintech components is a strong plus)
Strong data decision-making skills: able to assess tradeoffs, analyze funnels, and define and track clear KPIs
Strong execution discipline and attention to detail: ensures clarity on requirements and 'definition of done,' manages dependencies, and follows through to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Proven ability to drive clarity and action in ambiguous problem spaces
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across commercial, operational, and technical teams
Ability to influence without authority and work closely with sales, operations, legal and finance
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments and iterating based on rapid customer feedback
A data-driven mindset, bias for action, and passion for driving measurable business outcomes

Preferred

Prior experience in CPG, food & beverage, wholesale distribution, freight/logistics, resale/secondary market channels or retail supply chain
Experience with marketplace governance, trust & safety, or verification workflows
Understanding of transportation networks and 3PL coordination
Experience at a growth-stage startup launching v1 to scaled versions of complex capabilities
