Responsibilities

Review and investigate direct and indirect credit reporting disputes that come through internal systems and bureau channels (e.g., e-OSCAR)
Identify and apply corrections to consumer reporting in conjunction with our reporting team
Document case work and investigation notes with precision while ensuring resolution timelines are met consistently
Produce accurate, compliant dispute resolution communications based on Imprint templates
Ensure all outgoing consumer communications are timely, clear, and reflect Imprint standards
Follow all relevant credit reporting and compliance standards (e.g., FCRA/FACTA)
Maintain detailed records and properly document outcomes and corrective actions
Escalate trends and systemic gaps to leadership and partner teams (Risk, Operations, Compliance, Engineering)
Partner with cross-functional teams to highlight recurring issues and support long-term solutions
Proactively suggest process improvements to reduce dispute volume and increase automation fidelity

Required

1+ years in dispute resolution, credit reporting operations, or related financial services
Strong attention to detail and comfort working independently
Excellent written communication tailored to disputes use cases and compliance needs
Familiarity with credit reporting regulations and bureau dispute platforms
