Responsibilities

Lead efforts to troubleshoot and/or resolve software, operating system, and networking problems

Scheduling, performing, and/or monitoring system backups and/or, when necessary, performing data recoveries

Providing the day-to-day technical support for all program applications

Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning

Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Support SAP HANA database administration, optimization, and performance tuning

Support cutover and deployment activities

Author technical architecture, design, and operations documentations
