Mid LevelLets Get Funded partners with entrepreneurs to secure high-limit business credit and funding. The Credit Underwriter will evaluate credit applications and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with lending policies.
Responsibilities
Evaluating credit applications
Conducting detailed risk assessments
Ensuring compliance with lending policies
Analyzing financial data
Assessing creditworthiness
Reviewing loan requests
Preparing reports
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the funding process
Qualification
Required
Profound knowledge in Credit Underwriting and Underwriting principles
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess financial and credit data
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Loans and financing solutions
Detail-oriented and skilled in decision-making under time-sensitive situations
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the financial or lending industry is an advantage
Having a former or current job at commercial banks like JP Morgan, Truist, and Amex is an added plus
