They are seeking a Process Engineering Co-op to support the Process Engineering Team for the Summer 2025 season, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities and assist in product development.

Responsibilities
Participates in Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Projects to improve manufacturing capabilities, safety, capacity, lead times and/or reduce costs through Process improvements
Supports internal and external Corrective and Preventative Action projects
Assists in the development and qualification of new products, processes, and machinery
Other duties as required in support of the department and the company
Qualification
Required
Applicant should be actively pursuing a degree in Engineering or similar technical field
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions
Familiarity with topics such as mechanics, electricity and magnetism, material science, chemistry, manufacturing and design
Robust problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to get hands-on with products and processes
Strong communication skills
Technical writing skills
Able to lead, participate in, collaborate and advise cross functional project teams
Accepts responsibility for own actions, accountable for project deliverables and goals
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Candidates will need to qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, or a Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
