Responsibilities
Counsel clients and litigate wage and hour cases, class action cases, and employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters
Familiarity with administrative charges and wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
Policy development and compliance training
Managing pre-litigation disputes
Qualification
Required
3 + years of labor law and employment litigation experience
Desire to be a zealous advocate
Counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases
Litigated class action cases
Litigated employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California
Familiarity with administrative charges
Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
Experience in policy development
Experience in compliance training
Experience in managing pre-litigation disputes
Strong academic background
Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional analytical skills
Exceptional writing skills
Current member of the State Bar of California and in good standing
Willingness to travel to client sites
Ability to work in multiple counties
Ability to travel between firm offices
