Responsibilities

Support complex programs consisting of cost plus and fixed price work
Responsible for engaging with cross-functional teams to effectively support the program from a financial perspective
Responsible for knowing L3Harris policies and procedures and for providing guidance to other team members
Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interfacing and forming working relationships with the senior management staff
Must possess strong communication skills (oral, written, listening); should be capable of making presentations to internal customers and management
Must have good organizational skills and be capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft & Queries; and Hyperion Planning applications
Must understand and know how to implement earned value management processes and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance with 2 years of prior or relevant experience. Master's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Ability to maintain/obtain DoD security clearance
Support complex programs consisting of cost plus and fixed price work
Responsible for engaging with cross-functional teams to effectively support the program from a financial perspective
Responsible for knowing L3Harris policies and procedures and for providing guidance to other team members
Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interfacing and forming working relationships with the senior management staff

Preferred

Experience with Hyperion/HFPSI and Peoplesoft & Queries
Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills set, including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders
Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization
Self-starter with ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
Must have good organizational skills and be capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra and Hyperion
Onsite support in Palm Bay, FL is required
