Responsibilities

Handle the full spectrum of retail leasing matters including drafting, negotiating, and revising lease agreements on behalf of landlords, as well as amendments and assignments

Work includes purchase and sale agreements (representing Sellers typically), and occasionally commercial real estate finance matters

Hit the ground running: we have templates for each client and recurring relationships

Steady meaningful work: strong client base and consistent work flow

Fast-paced but manageable: expectation of lease drafts with a 5 day turn around and amendments in 2-3 days
