Responsibilities
Act as a senior reference and mentor for SAP FICO and junior consultants
Provide day-to-day functional guidance, best practices, and knowledge sharing
Support onboarding and skill development through hands-on project collaboration
Foster a collaborative, high-quality consulting culture within the FICO practice
Deliver senior-level functional consulting in SAP FI and CO across implementation, rollout, and optimization projects
Analyze business and finance requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI/CO solutions
Support testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities, ensuring solution stability and quality
Collaborate closely with international project teams and business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant
Solid functional expertise in SAP FI and CO processes
Consulting mindset with experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants
Experience in international SAP project environments
Fluent English
Preferred
Hungarian or Spanish is a plus
