Mid LevelSpeedy CPS, LLC is seeking an experienced Freelance Print and Signs Designer to support their team with high-quality creative work across various business areas. Responsibilities
Design print collateral, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps from concept to production-ready files
Prepare precise, accurate files that meet all technical specifications
Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround expectations
Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
Communicate directly with team members or customers as needed via phone, email, or messaging tools
Uphold brand standards and follow production guidelines
Contribute positively to our culture and core values
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Freelance Print and Signs Designer
Ability to support fast, high-quality creative work across commercial print, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to follow a consultative approach in interactions
Ability to design print collateral, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps from concept to production-ready files
Ability to prepare precise, accurate files that meet all technical specifications
Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround expectations
Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
Ability to communicate directly with team members or customers via phone, email, or messaging tools
Ability to uphold brand standards and follow production guidelines
Ability to contribute positively to the culture and core values of the organization
Availability for at least 2 hours per day between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday
Must have a distraction-free workspace that supports focus and quick turnaround times
Preferred
Additional availability outside these hours is a plus
Experience designing across multiple formats and materials
Strong understanding of production requirements for print, signage, displays, and wraps
