Ask qualifying questions to identify high-intent prospects for mortgage purchase or refinance needs
Build rapport with potential borrowers to establish trust and professionalism
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to licensed Loan Officers in real time
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely notes within CRM systems
Organize daily call lists, follow-ups, and call-back schedules
