Responsibilities

Accountable for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the program transition efforts
Plan the execution of the program and its activities in accordance with contractual requirements and company processes, policies, and systems
In conjunction with the functional leadership (Engineering, Operations, and Quality etc.), ensure that the program is adequately resourced with well-qualified staff
Manage the transition IPT from the Orange site, while coordinating with the other impacted sites
Effectively communicate with customers and other stakeholders. Establish open communication to ensure effective and efficient program execution
Prepare reports/briefings on the program for executive management. Ensure that the program operates within approved budgets and that any issues are surfaced in a timely manner. Identify and manage risks and opportunities associated with business unit programs. Monitor the program and conduct periodic evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
Lead program transition review sessions
Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
25% business travel required between L3Harris sites to support transition activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant operations, project or program management experience, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related operations, project or program management experience, or 13 years of prior related operations, project or program management experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years earned value management experience
2+ years experience with integrated master planning/scheduling (MS Project preferred software)
Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
25% business travel required between L3Harris sites to support transition activities

Preferred

Experience with operational execution and/or manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present at all levels within the company as well as with external customers
Ability to develop consensus and drive the organization to achieve program goals
Demonstrated highly effective organization, team orientation and leadership skills
