Responsibilities
Build thin, end-to-end implementations to evaluate emerging technologies, validate assumptions, and unblock teams
Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver minimum lovable products, evolving them through continuous feedback
Serve as a technical leader and mentor, sharing best practices and raising the bar for engineering excellence
Partner closely with product engineers and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes
Support project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
Champion improvements to engineering practices, developer productivity, and platform capabilities
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture grounded in curiosity, learning, and innovation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
Strong coding experience in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar languages
Proven expertise in systems architecture, platform thinking, and technical leadership
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience integrating AI/ML tools, including LLM-based APIs, AI agents, or prompt-driven workflows
Experience with large-scale databases (SQL, NoSQL, object, graph, etc.)
Strong documentation skills, including system architecture diagrams (Lucidchart, Mermaid, PlantUML, or similar)
Ability to navigate organizational complexity, build trust, and drive alignment across teams
Passion for Company's mission and values
Preferred
AWS, Azure, or GCP certification
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
A track record of success in automation or developer productivity initiatives
Experience building prototypes or experimental software in ambiguous or early-stage environments
