Director/ExecutiveTruenorth Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the growth and ongoing evolution of a successful international technology solutions enterprise backed by private equity. The CFO will provide financial support to the executive team, manage banking relationships, and communicate with the Board and investors while overseeing international growth initiatives.

Provide 'best in class' financial support to the executive team
Build robust and scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing global business
Take a leadership role in international organic and acquisitive growth initiatives including integration
Manage banking relationships and communicate with the Board and investors on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar leadership role
Sound financial leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Team building skills
Experience in commercial services or B2B services industry
Exposure to professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services or systems integration services
Experience in scaling a business through acquisition
Experience working with a financial investor and Board
Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time, including some international travel
