Orpak Systems is seeking an RMA Specialist responsible for advanced troubleshooting, testing, and repair of returned high-reliability electronic products. The role includes performing failure analysis, supporting root-cause investigations, and generating reports.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, testing, and component-level repair of returned units per work instructions and quality standards

Prepare failure analysis reports for internal and customer use

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production to resolve recurring issues and improve processes

Lead and train RMA technicians and monitor team performance/metrics

Ensure on-time repair schedules and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation

Required

4+ years' experience in troubleshooting/repair in production or engineering environments

Associate degree or equivalent experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

Experience with RMA processes – advantage
