Title examination, due diligence, and preparation of title opinions
Advising clients on upstream oil & gas matters
Supporting oil & gas litigation and dispute resolution as needed
Regulatory compliance and operational counseling
Collaborating with clients, landmen, and internal legal teams
Qualification
Required
Texas Bar license (required)
Junior to mid-level attorney (approximately 2-6 years of experience)
Oil & gas background is required (title, upstream, litigation, or transactions)
Ability to work on-site in San Antonio
Strong legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
