They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO and lead operations at their New York site, driving key initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Serving as a trusted confidant to the CEO
Oversee and manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications to optimize their effectiveness and productivity
Lead and coordinate high-impact meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned with company objectives and outcomes are actioned
Drive the day-to-day operations of the New York site, ensuring operational excellence and addressing any challenges that arise
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documents that support strategic decision-making
Identify and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years in a strategic role, or as a former entrepreneur with operations or business experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a track record of making independent decisions and leading initiatives
Proficiency in G-Suite is essential, and experience with a task management system is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, focusing on business, management, or a related field
familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
