Responsibilities
Coordinating cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers, and QA/QC consultants
Communicating project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery
Assisting the program director in selecting designers and developers and resource load each project’s schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
5+ years of training project management experience using either Agile, SAM, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management method(s)
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies
Experience in oil & gas (or similar) industry
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
A master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Familiar with MS Project
